Case Study – Legacy Office of National Charity

AB Clearance have been happy to assist this Charity over the past number of years.

The full contents and estate had been left for the benefit of the Charity, but before the property could be sold, it needed to be empty. This was a particularly unusual assignment due to the condition and large volume of items in the house.

After five full days of clearance work, the house was clean and cleared. Items were made ready for sale at auction for the benefit of the estate. Financial documents, included share certificates, savings and bank account statements, were also discovered and delivered to the clients.

Family items were boxed and made ready to be delivered to relatives.
