Case Study – Office London Tower Block

We were called in to assist clients who were vacating a large office block in London. The property consisted of a 13-floor tower block, three other 4 floored buildings and a 2 floored car park.

Working alongside our clients we provided a full range of services, sorting and packaging sensitive materials, dismantling various desks, lockers, cabinets, storage racks and gym equipment, removing fridges and other unwanted catering equipment, disposing of general waste that had built up within the property for over 40 years.

To assist we relocated several items to other properties. Our work was carried out over 4 months at the request of the Project Managers and we worked closely with the members of that team, which included the Facility Manager.

Our work schedules were completed ahead of time and the property handed over to the new owners on time, and in the condition they requested.
